QUALIFICATIONS TO BE A COACH

Conduct a One-on-One in-person meeting with assigned student within 10 days of assignment.

Give overview of BullsEye Productivity Platform and provide instructions to order business cards and other marketing collateral.

Invite student to join the United Real Estate Gallery Exchange Facebook Group

Provide student instruction to access the UREG training calendar and advise student of New Agent Orientation requirements and enforcement. 

Provide student with overviews and one-on-one trainings to become more proficient in the following skills and technologies.

Teach the student how to conduct searches in the MLS with Quick Search and Map Search functionalities. 

Teach the student how to perform a CMA on a single family home and vacant land in either FlexMLS or RPR.

Teach student how to access their Agent Website in BullsEye as well as the Marketing Hub and United Referral Network.

Teach student to access Paperless Pipeline and show them how to access the Reference tab and use the Quick Search feature.

Teach the student how to access and download a Buyer Packet and Seller Packet within Paperless Pipeline.

Teach the student how to prepare a Calculated Closing Cost for a buyer and for a seller utilizing FlexMLS Calculator. 

Assist student returning executed documents and upload them into the Paperless Pipeline and updating MLS status information.

Support student in procuring, cultivating, and converting leads into sales and taking it from contract to closing. 

Teach the student various prospecting techniques to provide the optimal opportunities to ensure the sudents success.

Assist the student during negotiations and supervise the transaction ensuring documents have been properly executed and delivered.

Assist during inspections, investigations, and appraisals as well as supervise and monitor critical timelines, making adjustments when necessary.

Assist in requesting a commission disbursement authorization prior to the property closing. 

Supervise and advise agent during closing process, ensuring proper disclosures have been made /received preventing any delays in closing.
